New pictures are posted. I lost another pound today. The past couple days I have been seriously craving chocolate. It's almost unbearable! Mostly because my husband will eat it right next to me. Peanut butter is pretty tempting too. The smell makes me go nuts! Hahaha get it? I don't know why, but the apple I ate this morning was probably the best apple I have EVER tasted. I didn't even want to eat it all at once hunger-wise, but it just tasted too damn good to stop eating. I put some fudge brownie Capella drops and chocolate Stevia in my coffee in an attempt to aid my chocolate desires. It's just not the same as biting into a Snickers. Oh well.. only nine more days of VLCD eating left (not counting today). Then I can eat a different variety of things. I need to start researching Phase 3 in more detail. I have the basic idea of how it works, but in order to survive my Florida trip without gains is going to take some serious knowledge of acceptable foods. I need to purchase a travel scale also.
